Double digits...

As of today we are officially into the double digits! Even at 10wks into this pregnancy, it all still seems a bit surreal. I cannot wait for my first appointment with the nurse practitioner at my new OB’s office Tuesday; I need another heartbeat fix and the reassurance that those appointments bring. Thankfully things have really been going smoothly thus far, hopefully this trend continues!

One of my closest real life friends is scheduled to have her egg retrieval this morning, please stop by and wish her well. It has been a long road for her and her husband, and they are due for celebratory news.

Lastly, I wanted to share this beautiful poem that Franchesca posted earlier this week. It touched me so much, and I hope it does the same for others who read it for the first time.

A Different Child
